Provider management company continues to avoid rightful service performance to the Client's commercial office space terms. Client account history remains excellent.

Provider is non-compliant to specific performance and has evoked interference and breach of contract to service Client. Including rightful mail delivery, privacy, office space security and inconvenience (lock out) affiliates to access entry of workspace. One associate even got locked in the building elevator for 15 minutes until building security unlock the door. Because associate holds a non active security entry card. NOT active since initial registration in April 2019.

Client claims several ongoing and non-compliant Provider service agreement provisions. Client deems to being reasonable and TEN months patient regarding to numerous non existent Provider service(s).

Client has had no response from several office correspondence that would finalize the verbal and written notice of numerous services and Termination Service Notice. Including non correspondence from chief legal counsel ***. contact information:*** Bar card no..***

Client petitions that the Provider HONOR their verbal termination agreement to bring relief of deaf ear and in breach services.
Client claims that Provider exercises their provisions and relationship terms by demonstration through hostile & oppressing performance that cultivates the administration of non-professional misguided and business chaos.
