I am rejecting this response because: This man's narrative is totally falseHe was contacted by me this year because we found surface lines/plastic pipes that were disconnected and valves that, when turned on, spewed water out of the groundA subsequent consult with an irrigation specialist revealed that the system was never properly connectedI contacted Mr [redacted] with a request to come and look at the damaged system and reconnect, rather than replace it with a spray systemThis business owner should never be patronized by the sunsuspecting public

removed and to restore the operation of the fixed spray systemUpon the completion of any of our dripper tubing conversions, I reprogram the client's controller and explain the proper operation for an enjoyable and efficient irrigation of the gardenMy records also show that I did a service call, in June of 2008, to correct a programming schedule that was more suited for fixed spray operation (40-60& efficiency) than for the dripper tubingThe dripper tubing operates at a 90% efficiency and does require much more time to deliver the water than a fixed spray systemThough willing and able, under most conditions, to service and make sure that my client's gardens operate efficiently I declined to remove the installation of the dripper tubing. A subsequent consult with an irrigation specialist revealed that the system was never properly connected. I contacted Mr. [redacted] with a request to come and look at the damaged system and reconnect, rather than replace it with a spray system. This business owner should never be patronized by the sunsuspecting public.
