This company has not reached out to me ever regarding marketing of my Timeshare for a promised $11,400 and a cost to me of $1,800.00. The last time I spoke with anyone was March 31, 2021 and that was Aubrey in Customer Service. She told me that the offer department would give me a call that week. Of course, no call. I have left messages several times on the Directors phone, Cody Ferrell, (407)792-6263 and Sarah (407) 792-6455 and the Customer Service number (888) 384-3871. Today after calling all three numbers for three days, I left angry messages. I did receive a call from someone at Tri-Marketing. Don't supposedly have any affiliation with E-Resorts. I am today contacting the State of Florida Department of Agriculture Consumer division to file a formal complaint against this company and any registered officers and directors. All I want at this point is my money returned for their deception. Rebecca Chauncy
