I entered into a listing with ERN in July 2020. Paid them $2,394 and was told they would have no problem selling my 6 weeks of time for $1,400 per week. Nine months later, I cannot get of hold of ANYONE at ERN - not the person who sold me the listing or anyone from Customer service. Many of their phone numbers do not even work. Their MAIN PHONE NUMBERS do not answer. Wen I can leave a message they say they will call back. Never do.
I did speak with a manager who said if they could not resolve my issues I woudl get my money back. Of course - NOW cannot reach anyone at ERN. I want my money back ! Terrible service. Unbelievable
