I want a full refund of $1794.00.
Timeshare weeks bought, no return on investment. My husband and I made an agreement with your company in November 2019. We were told that we were selling 6 weeks of timeshare time at our Timeshare in Orlando, FL we would be receiving $11,400 in return. We paid you $1794 up front. We can no longer get in touch with you for some reason. We have tried to call 888-559-5154, and have left multiple messages, with no response. We are looking for a refund of the $1794 fee since no communications were ever made to us regarding this matter. I was skeptical to do this and was reassured that we would be getting $11,400 with in 90 days, usually it is only 60 days. The 21st of February will be 90 days.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting that Executive Resorts full-fills their agreement to us, if this can not be rendered I want a full refund.

Executive Resorts Network Response • Feb 24, 2020

Please refer to you signed rental agreement for clarification on turnaround times and contact information. You can reach customer service at 888-559-5154 or email [email protected]. We will have a customer service manager contact you immediately to address your concerns. Thank you.

We entered into an agreement to sell 6 weeks of vacation rental. We paid $2038 and were guaranteed over the phone that they would sell them for $1400
we have not heard a word from ERN except the time I called them. I was assured they were working on it and would sell soon. It has been 4 months and still no word and I have not been in touch anyone. I would like to have my money back.

Desired Outcome

Either sell the vacation weeks or refund my money.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

The Company did not reach out to me as they claimed and I do not accept their response. Telling the client to read the contract is not customer service ... be professional and stop hiding behind an auto answering recording and call your clients ... me in this case.

In my contract I had 10 days to decide if wanted to keep my timeshare. I want my $1800.00 back.
I had 10 to get a full refund if I decided to keep my timeshare. I have call and left messages and no one have answered or called my back. I even wrote a letter by email and still no response. The purchase date was Feb. 7, 2020. So today is the 4th day of the contract and well within the 10 days. I would like to have my refund of $1800.00 transferred back to my credit card. The way I fell is like I've been scammed. In the contract it says that I have to contact and write a intent to cancel. I sent it by email and now want nobody answer the phone or return my messages.

Desired Outcome

I want my $1800.00 back on my credit card. If they can't answer a email, phone, or return a phone call I want a refund asap....

Executive Resorts Network Response • Feb 25, 2020

We have spoke with you regarding this matter and we are relieved that we were able to provide a solution that fits your needs. Per your conversation with our customer service staff, we look forward to future correspondence regarding this matter. We apologize for the previous misunderstanding. Thank you.

Customer Response • Feb 21, 2020

This is *** letting you know that I have spoke to someone from Executive Resort. And we have had a good outcome. They have excepted the cancelation of my contract and will be refunding my in the next 3 business days.

Nobody answers when I call. They changed their name numerous times. I want my $1794.00 back. They have done SQUAT for me. Not Happy.
I ***, have been trying to get a call back & update since Dec of 2019. My tel. #: is ***. Email is: ***. They have changed their name from Gold Membership to Pro Marketing Network to Executive Resorts Network. I have numerous tel. #'s ***. Email: [email protected]. I rarely get a response. My husband*** signed the agreement. It was paid for on my *** card ending in
***. The amount was $1794. I want my money back. When you speak with them please tell them that I will not let this go.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back. I will wait for you to contact them. I will wait to hear back from them. About 1 week. Advise them if they don't give me my $1794.00 back I will then proceed further. I do not want to sound threatening. It is because I am very upset. I will contact my *** credit card company to file a complaint. I have my owner's Agreement & a list of complaints filed with the Revdex.com. I will do my best to have them lose their Merchant Acct with *** Card. That will most likely put them out of business. I will also file a complaint with the Attorney General of Florida about their Scam business practices.

Executive Resorts Network Response • Feb 27, 2020

Ma'am,

Some of the verbiage used in your statement clearly implies you are upset but we have a signed agreement with your spouse, who stated he fully understood the terms and conditions of our marketing service. It is completely unprofessional and unethical to use a third party forum to make false accusations, to attempt to slander and defame our services or brand. We have marked your husbands account as high priority and a customer relations manager will be contacting you within 24 hours to address your concerns. Thank you.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

No Contact, No response, Phone Not Answered, Contact Us on Website - no response. NO OFFERS, no way to find our listing.
We were contacted in October, Sales pitch stated that they have businesses lined up to rent these properties and that we would see offers within 90 days filling the 6 weeks we offered up. We paid $1800 for marketing and never heard from them after or since. Searched the website and there is no way to tell which listing is ours. Contacted the company via the online form and requested a phone call or email, and asked for proof of the marketing done to date; no response. Calls go to voice mail.

Desired Outcome

The company has not contacted us even after asking them to contact us. We have no proof that marketing of our property was ever accomplished, and to date have no offers. Company failed to respond to request to continue marketing at their expense as stipulated in contract. So we have no idea if they continued or not. We would like to see proof of marketing our property, offers to rent our property, and/or refund of $1800. Leaving us hanging is unacceptable.

Executive Resorts Network Response • Feb 10, 2020

Dear Client,

After careful review of your signed contract with us, you required us to get FIRM offers on your behalf. You requested not to be contacted with OFFERS that were not within your contractual agreement. We have been working diligently to uphold our guarantees to you, as a valued client. We apologize that you are dissatisfied with the correspondence, or lack thereof, on our part. We are making the necessary adjustments in regards to your portfolio with us and we have some exciting news to share with you. A customer service manager will be contacting you immediately with the positive results we have for you.

I was given false information . after they receive money no response from them. 10/23/2019
When gave them money 1800.00

Daniel H called 10/23/2019 from executives resorts promising to rent properties from time share I have . He told me that if they could not rent them I would receive my money back 1800.00 . He said they rent properties all the time with success . I have tried to call them numerous times left message no response. The phone number I was given is 407-801-1975& 1 888-384-3871 I cannot reach anyone and no reply to message. I explained I was out of work for health issues promise this is a way to make Christmas money and pay bills . This company has really got over on me .

Desired Outcome

I paid this company 1800 dollars I didn't have because they promised they could rent properties and money would be made . I never received one email or phone call and they will not return calls. I want them to refund my money.

Customer Response • Feb 22, 2020

I would like to say Executive Resort Network has reached out
In a timely manner to resolve this issue. This company has
Explained to me and offered more options that are above what was expected to help with my issue. The Lady I spoke with did
Exactly what she said she would do. I appreciate this company
For trying to make you feel you are important also . I hate that I had to file complaint but she actually said they would learn from it in the future . I will stay in touch with them and hope to build a strong relationship with this company in the future.

Like so many I too feel this was a scam. I paid $1500 back in August of 2019, and here we are close to March of 2020 and no results. Not only that but when ever I try to call it's extremely hard to get through, most times I can't get anyone except that same annoying hold music and a message that says how busy they are on the lines, and leave a message. I seriously doubt they are that busy unless they have only 1 person working in the office, an office which apparently doesn't even esist according to one other post. When they do finally answer they make the same promises that never come to fruition, I was promised $15,000 - $16000 and so far nothing. I need my money back! People like me don't have that kind of money just sitting around, I had to borrow it and now I'm in further debt because of false promises. It's not fair to hard working people who want to provide for their families and make a better way of life for them just to be hustled like this. I understand that's the world we live in, but when it finally happens to you it really sucks!

Executive Resorts Network Response • Feb 10, 2020

Dear Client,

It is clear that you are upset about miscommunication between yourself and our company. For that, we do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are dedicated to addressing your concerns and making sure that we provide an acceptable solution for you. A customer service manager will be contacting you in regards to your service with us. For additional clarification, please review the terms and conditions in your signed agreement for further understanding of your contract.

Customer Response • Feb 11, 2020

Update: the moment my comments were posted it's strange how I got a phone call not long after Friday evening. But the disappointing thing about that phone call, was the person I spoke with said they would call me back Monday to further discuss matters, and guess what??? NO ONE CALLED! I called today and left two voice mails and have yet to hear from anyone. So the only thing so far they are consistent with is lack of communication and making promises they cannot keep.

This business falsely advertises that it will sell your timeshare within 90-180 days. They use phone agents who lie in order to reel in customers.
I spoke with an agent from Executive Resorts Network, LLC on July 31, 2019 regarding the advertising/marketing of our timeshare. During the RECORDED conversation, the agent guaranteed that he would be able to find people interested in purchasing our timeshare within 90 days, and that he would forward their requests for purchase to us by mail. We never got any such requests. Upon reviewing our contract, we had to ask, in writing (which I did via email) to have our contract renewed for another 90 days at the company's expense. They responded back saying that they renewed it.

Now it has been over 180 days and I have reached out to the phone number listed on the contract and their website, but no one ever answers or calls me back after I leave a voicemail. I've also messaged them on*** Messenger, and through the email link on their website. Nothing.

What I have gotten off and on over the past month has been some random calls from a Mr. Dwain W at (407) 487-3874. After three different calls, during which he insisted that we had paid to have our timeshare advertised with just a "listing company," we discovered that he actually works for Executive Resorts Network! He had no idea that we already had our timeshare listed with the company! He was giving me the exact same spiel that the first agent did, which was, "Oh, we're different. We guarantee that your timeshare will be sold within 90 days. And I'm willing to give you a great deal today..." etc.

Our contract does not guarantee the sale. BUT the agents who make the sales for this company do. And that's a problem. If word-of-mouth is the best form of advertising, then a telephone agent is perfect for that. But not when they are lying and promoting false advertising to get sales.

Desired Outcome

Because of this, and all of the wasted time and stress that we've gone through with trying to contact someone to speak to regarding this situation, we are asking for a full refund. The full refund amount is $1499.

Dear Client,

We empathize with your concern about marketing your vacation property with us. We apologize if you felt mislead in anyway and we take measures to prevent any miscommunication with our clients. We did an audio recording verification as well as signed agreement covering our terms and conditions. Please review your contract for details about our marketing service. We have been aggressively marketing your property to generate offers for you but we do not ever guarantee our clients a specific monetary value, which you stated you understood. Please contact customer service for any additional questions and concerns that you may have and we look forward to continue to service you.

This is just an automated response. I saw that they wrote the exact same thing to a previous individual who had complained about the same issue. Their case was resolved, while this obviously doesn't resolve anything.

Executive Resorts Network Response • Feb 10, 2020

We respond to each customer concern individually and we strive to resolve each situation individually as well. To protect your identity as a consumer, we do not use specific client information on this forum, due to the fact that it is public record. Any correspondence that requires detailed information is done internally, via our customer service staff. We have attempted to contact you to provide a solution to you as well and would like you to refer to your signed agreement if you need to verify our contact information, rather than use a third party.

No one has attempted to contact me. I have reached out to them in several different ways, but no one has reached out to me regarding my contract yet. I would appreciate it greatly if someone did.

T paid these folks upfront to rent my timeshare in July 2019. They have not contacted me since and have not returned phone calls..
These folks advertise that they'll rent your timeshare and that they already have the folks lined up to rent. On July 19th of 2019 I was contacted and told they would use my unused timeshare rental by offering it for a corporate event they already had booked.. They asked I pay a fee upfront and that I would have payment for the rentals in 3 months. They have not contacted me since. I called them on Oct 17th and they extended the period by 3 more months. Again, they have never contacted me since then either. I have recently tried calling them several times and have left several messages and no response. I want either payment as offered or a refund of the $599 I paid them, for the service they did not provide.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to refund my $599 payment for the services they committed to, but never delivered.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
After 6 months of silence and phone messages that were not returned, I did finally receive a call from their Customer Relations department. They apologized for their lack of responsiveness, saying they had 37000 clients and could not return calls in a timely manner, although they try. They offered to re-market my property and give it more priority and more attention. We agreed to slightly change the wording of the ad. They also offered to enter my property into their elite program which should give it greater visibility. As a result, I have accepted their response and have agreed to close the complaint. I did tell them if they do not live up to the new expectation they set, I would re open the complaint.

Scam marketing company claiming to make offers on alleged last call timeshare weeks.
This alleged third party marketing company claims to advertise unused "last call" RCI weeks from my timeshare. They contacted me out of the blue and claimed they were not affiliated with RCI, but in competition. They had all my information. I am a Hilton Grand Vacation owner, so I thought this was something they got my information from them for. They guaranteed 6 weeks of the last call unused weeks would be offered within 90 days, but I had activate the weeks at $299/week totaling $1794. I was told all 6 weeks would get picked up and an offer would be made to me for $1900/week. I was told the compensation would be in the form of a paper check once the offers were accepted, but I had to answer the phone call when the representative called with offers. The representative that called was named Jennifer R. She had me to voice record a number of questions that were asked on a so-called recorded line and emailed a contract (attached) for me to review and sign. I fortunately agreed and paid $1794. Over the last 6 months, I called repeatedly and keep getting the run around from Jennifer until she stopped answering or returning my calls. I finally got a return call from Victoria (no last name) on 12/17/19, who kept fast talking and providing no additional information as to what was going on. I heard nothing after. I then called back on 01/10/2020 and Victoria called me back and said a manager would contact me. I heard nothing. I received a voicemail today from Jessica (no last name) stating she would love to discuss my account. I tried calling back and like many other times, nobody ever answers the phone. I keep leaving messages. I just want my $1794 back and my infiltration to never be used to solicit from their company again.
This is just awful. No calls/offer. Refund me ASAP.

Desired Outcome

I want my refund of $1794

I have tried to contact this company over and over again. No individual ever answers the phone. They guaranteed offers within 90 days and I have not received one call or update on what is happening. The few times I've spoken with a representative they sounded surprised and could not give me a definitive answer. I was told by phone that there was a possibility I could get a refund of the funds I paid. Again, what property are you marketing if you are not RCI. Doesn't make any sense. Are you recording the calls I've made and information shared by the many various ghost employees with no last names. This is a scam. It's amazing how you respond to this complaint, but no one can answer a call. Ridiculous. I do not accept this response and I was scammed of money for something that doesn't exist. I am a Hilton Grand Vacation owner and I have no idea how this place got my information to call me soliciting because I never reached out asking to market any property.

Dear Client,

We apologize for whatever miscommunication you may be experiencing. We will have a customer service manager reach out to you again, immediately. Based on our internal notes, it appears we HAVE been corresponding with you and you are not satisfied with the solutions we have attempted to provide. It does not, however, make it acceptable to imply we have not answered or returned your phone calls. Here is a transcript of our internal notations that have been logged over the past 3 months between you and our customer service. "*** & I have spoken previously regarding *** and ***, she is not confident in the process bc of the relationship she's had with our company.. Anderson hasn't spoken with any of cs agents besides me, she spoke with Michele once. She is very uneasy with the process and doesn't want to be offered anything else. *** explained that this whole process of receiving offers has really been a let down for her, the faith she's had in the company is now gone and she is not pleased and unsatisfied. phone call on 12/17/19: *** was very confused about the process she is going thru. *** was also very anxious and nervous. I explained to her that she is within her 90 days, but we will continue to market their property up until 12/28/19, and we will extend her contract for another 3 months after the 180 days so she can participate in the new marketing program with *** and***. She said she would take my number down and call after the 180 days. *** called in and left vm for us. Jessica left a VM for *** on 1/15/20 @ 5:23p. 1/29/2020: Jessica left vm for *** to go over her account so we could move forward."

Customer Response • Feb 06, 2020

Document Attached***
I received a call today 02/06/2020 from a representative named Jessica at E Resorts. She stated she had been trying to get in touch with me to discuss my account. I explained I have returned every call I have received from them, but never able to reach someone directly when I call the customer service number listed. I explained to her that I have no desire to have any dealings with this company and do not believe they have explained exactly what it is they have claimed to be offering as a service since June 28, 2019 regarding "bonus week" options. I said I have no interest in anything they were offering and I want my refunded money that was given of $1794 back. Jessica kept saying that the $1794 was an advertising fee that was paid and the time has expired to cover that time period. I said I have never once been contacted with any offer, when that was told from the beginning that there were guaranteed. I said nothing has been done in the 6 month plus period. I also brought up the fact that my Hilton Grand Vacation property is what I found to be advertised I did not believe that was even appropriate and I felt it was a scam. Jessica then proceeded to say they could agree to refund only $794 of the original $1794 that I paid. I said I want it in writing and I will not agree to anything unless it is documented. She said she would draw up a written document and call me back same day to review and come to an agreement to provide the refund amount of $794. I received an email at 3:35pm CST (see attached) from E Resorts requesting that I review and sign the agreement. I then received a phone call on my cell. It rang once and then stopped before I could answer. I waited a minute and then my cell rang again. I answered and a female voice that sounded just like "Jessica" who I spoke with a few hours earlier was on the line. The female announced herself as "Danielle". I said that is very odd, you sound exactly like the person who identified as "Jessica" that I was on the phone conversing with earlier. The female who was going by "Danielle" then says "Oh, that's because "Jessica" is my sister and works here too. She said "Jessica" will be calling you back shortly to discuss the emailed agreement that was just sent. She then said please pull up your email and "Jessica" will call you right back. She ended the call and I have not heard anything more. I did not sign or click any of the boxes that were listed in the email. I just took a screen shot of what they sent (see attached) which seems to me very vague and not detailing anything. This dispute is not resolved until I receive refund payment. I am not agreeing to a resolution or signing any documents until that is in my possession. I wanted to add this interaction, because it adds more to the shady and unorthodox business practices this fraudulent company is practicing.

Customer Response • Feb 12, 2020

I have come to an "satisfied" agreement with the company, which satisfies my dispute.

Timeshare weeks bought, no return on investment
My name is***. I made an agreement with your company in September 2019. We were told that we were selling 6 weeks of timeshare time at our Timeshare in Westin, FL. We paid you $1800 up front. We can no longer get in touch with you for some reason. We have tried to call Jeanne R at 407-906-2972 ext 907, and have left multiple messages this week, with no response. We have tried to contact Brittany E at 407-487-4839, also multiple times with no response back.
We are looking for a refund of the $1800 fee since no communications were ever made to us regarding this matter once we paid your company the $1800.Our verification number signed 09/04/2019.
There seems to be a severe lack of communication from anyone at your offices. I had spoken with Jeanne in December, prior to the expiration date listed on your contract, and she stated that we had misjudged the time that had gone by and that we would be hearing from your company soon with paperwork regarding contracted time sold. Nothing ever came from your company, and no more phone calls returned.

Desired Outcome

Requesting full refund of all money paid to this company. $1800

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Resolution of issue stated, complaint resolved. No further issues.

Lack of fulfillment of "guaranteed" promise of money for our getaways associated with timeshare.
First of all, in June 2018 we were contacted by executive resorts regarding our timeshare getaway weeks. Dan T practically guaranteed that within 90 days we would receive his call that our properties had been rented and we would receive up to $12,000. We kept in contact with him periodically over the course of the time between the 30-90 day time period. Once it became close to the 90 day period it became more difficult to get in touch with Mr. T. However my husband was usually able to talk with someone at executive resorts. After our 90 day period we were told that we were entering our 2nd 90 day period and someone named Victoria told Eric that we could get a refund if we wish after the first of the year. Since January, we can't get in touch with them at all or receive a call back. We no longer want to be associated with the company and wish to be refunded. We honestly would never have put the money into this if we didn't think we would have gotten something within the 90 days.

Desired Outcome

The only thing that we wish is to be refunded the money that we put into the deal.

The customer service said I can get a refund on my money I paid them for advertising my property after the 1/18/2020, I have been calling since then, no answer and I left messages. I feel I was scammed by this company and, they should not be in business, I waited for them 6 months

Desired Outcome

I need a refund for my money, no one is returning my call

The manager called me and she explained to me the misunderstanding and she promised me for a refund of half what I paid and they are still going to do the advertisement and place mine as a priority and it seems like she wants to make sure that I am satisfied with their business which I am satisfied after her call.

These folks advertise that they'll rent your timeshare and that they already have the folks lined up to rent. They have not contacted me since.
On October of 2019 I was contacted and told they would use my unused timeshare rental by offering it for a corporate event they already had booked.. They asked I pay a fee upfront and that I would have payment for the rentals in 3 months. I tried calling and left messages and no response. I want either payment as offered or refund for the service they did not provide.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of what I paid them: $2394

The representative called and offered me a couple of options to resolve the situation. I am happy for the outcome of this case.

They rented my property within 45 days. Amazing Company! I love this company and definitively recommend. This is my 3rd year in a row I have been dealing with them and I absolutely love it. Beware their are other companies similar to this one but none guarantee and follow through! great place to do business with!

It's a scam. Paid $600 for promise of $3800. Never was contacted. Lessons learned.

I paid Executive Resorts Network $3,500 to market my property for rentals, It took about 3 months for me to received my rental income. I paid a listing company a year ago $1,200 to rent my property out and I didn't get results. I was scared to pay Executive Resort Network $3,500 upfront but I am glad I did. I received my rental income and Dan got me a refund from the listing company I paid a year ago. I highly recommend this company!!! Thanks Dan
