Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I am rejecting the response of the marathon because of the fact he never heard what he claimed and he never heard me say that I would and could not afford the repair also let be known that I have so money in my bank account as well as you know that I don't even need to worry about that the cost only reason I dug the hole is because how I became that kind of money person is because and being able that I can do that kind of job I can dig mud and water and dirt so it wasn't an issue about the money it was an issue about his ear responsibility and not repairing what he has Said claim that yes it should not leak I will come back there fix it why do you think I told you he came back twice and on the second time he said which we have on recording again that he claimed that okay Mr [redacted] , [redacted] you clean that whole way over there and I will hook you up all the way there because I do not want to chase the pipe meaning to me that he felt that he was not fix it because he felt that ok let me give me a few ways of not jumping in the ditch sense he never once jumped in the ditch or tried to fix it himself he sent people they were incompetent not to want to fix it also I feel there's no reason for me to contact him about this cuz he did try to call me I guess ask per you and that I feel I didn't I need to talk to him as of now the repair has already been fixed I believe he did me wrong [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

We will be glad to refund some of this customers money, all though it needs to be said we told *** many times his water main was shot and he agreed and said he did not have the funds to replace the line , do I suggested he excavate and expose water main and we would come back and help with
estimate , once we know what was exposed , we gave estimate and refused work , it is not our fault that a customer can not afford to have proper repairs made , our quote to help this customer replace water line was very reasonable $ our quote was $ +tx I'm very sorry his water main was shot , most of our customers would have had a new water main installed we retain a+ rating with Revdex.com odor this reason , I am a very hard worker and do my best to take care of our neighbors , but we can not please everyone , we try though !!! Let me know where I need to send the refund!!!!
