I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Sending me/Revdex.com a communication regarding  "Company Policy" is NOT a resolution.  I STILL have not received any monetary offer for replacement of my bracelet.  That is what [redacted] of (Executive Pawn) promised me when I Paid the claim in full, and THAT is NOT what has happened.

Instead after calling their SEVERAL times, (1 day I was told that the owner was coming in, and I called just about every hour on the hour to make sure I didn't miss him) and each time got the run around, that only the invisible OWNER can take care of this issue, and each time, the "Owner" is NEVER in the store.

What I want is what I was promised.  Replacement value of my jewelry in the amount of $5,925.oo and two interest payments in the amount of $430.oo

UNTILL that happens, I will CONTINUE to be Unsatisfied and will pursue them loosing their Revdex.com rating being taken away, or at the very least suspended.
