This company contracted with us to provide specific marketing services, including direct mail, cold calling, public relations, social media posting, and appointment setting. The majority of these services were never performed by the company, even though we paid for said services. We paid a total of $5,994.00 over a little over 4 months, and got no value in return. We got nothing but excuses and b***e from the company, and from the owner of the company, Elizabeth *** aka Elizabeth ***. We have learned that there are many other victims of this company's marketing scam, which caused us to decide to stand up and count ourselves among the many victims. The business owner has since devolved into having her family members threaten us and the other victims, and she has asked friends and family members to post negative reviews of our business on the internet.
I am sorry you feel that the services rendered by my company were not performed as expected. From a marketing standpoint, it takes 6-12 months to see results. In regards to your claims about having family and friends give negative reviews about your business, which is false. I run my business with dignity and the thought that people can have disagreements without attacking one another. That said, I myself have been a victim of cyberbullying which is being thoroughly investigated by major law enforcement agencies. Again, I am sorry that you feel the services you paid for were not rendered to expectation. I do have call logs and other documentation showing the services rendered for you company. If you would like a copy for your records, I am more than happy to provide that. In numerous talks, you never mentioned how you were dissatisfied with the services. I would have been more than happy to re-evaluate the plan and actions taken had I know you were dissatisfied. If you would like to discuss your services further, please feel free to reach out to me.

I am rejecting this response because the claims the business owner has made in her response are not true. I have attached 12 pages of emails that detail some of the complaints we submitted to her previously, as well as multiple requests we submitted to her for proof of work which we never received. Even after the multiple requests shown here she never provided any proof of work. I have also attached our contract with Elizabeth here, and it details the services that were supposed to have been provided, yet these services were not provided. Because of this, we expect a refund of all amounts paid, totaling $5,994.00.
PS. I have also attached a screenshot of a cyber-bullying message I received from Elizabeth's step-mother, Rebecca West. She keeps claiming that she is being cyber-bullied, yet the only bullying going on is coming from her family.
