This guy is trouble,you can see we settled this long agoAs a client he is irresponsible, not showing up, failing to inform of itinerary changes, etc

We tried to order a shed from Post WoodworkingIn fact we talked with the owner and gave them an initial order and a deposit with the understanding that we would make some adjustments once we did some further review of our needs A few weeks later we updated our order and received a written confirmation including our changes to the shed After much challenge setting a delivery date, and no small inconvenience to us, they arrived with the wrong height shed We called the office and Karen, the office manager, blamed us and said it was our faultThey gave us a very extended time frame to redo the shed, then changed it without talking to us about our availability at least times After well over a dozen attempts to reach the owner - to get past Karen- she cancelled our order without notifying usWe bought a shed for significantly less at *** - including upgraded shingles and flooring and all our other specifications I do not recommend doing business here They are not at all committed to customer service
