Executive Inn

On July 8, 2019 I made a reservation for one room with a king bed, free coffee and given the price of $42.99. Upon arrival on Saturday, September 28, 2019 I was told that there was no reservation. They asked me who did I call I said this Hotel office directly and gave them the phone number 806-537-5111. The desk staff said that is the number of their office. They told me the room will be $55 Plus tax. I said that's $12 more than I was quoted and I even have the confirmation on my cell phone that I showed the desk staff. It made no difference. If I wanted the room, I had to pay $55. I was quoted free coffee. There was none in the room but in the office there was a machine that heated coffee carafes. The next morning I asked for hot coffee and they said we don't do that anymore. I pointed to the coffee maker, and they said we don't do coffee anymore. There was also a dead tarantula 10 feet from my rooms door.
