Executive Inn's response is untruthfulI have never been billed a late fee nor was I informed there was a late feeExecutive Inn doesn't even provide a wake up call.In Addition, Executive Inn told me they did not want my business when I am an upright citizen and after traveling an hour after reservations were made and acceptedFinally, It is illegal for a business to state they dont want a person's business and deny services to a law abiding citizen.It is ridiculous for Executive Inn to treat people this way and think they can get away with itTheir lies are an excuse for their discriminatory and illegal business practicesWho is Chad? Today I took my mother to the emergency room, my mama was constantly vomiting and too weak and to walk and when we arrived my mama almost fell, none of the doctors helped nor offered a wheel chairAfter getting myself a wheel chair myself , I tried pushing her into the bathroom, after struggling to get the wheel chair in and the nurses staring at us no one offered to help againWhen taken to get vital signs the lady was unable to get the correct blood pressure then stated she did not know what was wrong with the machineThen another nurse was called over to use another machine to get her blood pressure and was still unable to do soWhile in the process of the RN trying the blood pressure again I was on th phone with a family member telling them my mom condition the RN kaylie continued to talk and interrupt my conversation, after letting her know that I was on the phone she stated "that does not matter I'm stating facts" I informed her that she was being rude and that I was on the phone I asked her name she gave it to me and the volunteered a manager in a rude wayIn the process of me and the nurse conversation and her getting th blood pressure my mother started falling out the wheel chair and the nurse once again did not helpAfter asking for help she stated she's okay she is not gonna fallI called the hospital administrator and after the administration called down to the ER to address the situation the RN and registration began calling my mother a liarThis is not the first I have dealt with rude hospital staff including doctorsThe problem is never taken care ofI also must say that every patient after and before my mother was helped in a polite mannerI also asked for a blanket I was told no but after contacting the administration she was brung one

Due to unfortunate circumstances, on November 14, 2017, our boiler system broke down was a larger break down than anticipatedWe attempted to contact professionals to fix the problem that same day and were notified they would be unable to fix the problem because new parts would to be orderedThese
new parts were not available that same day and were promptly delivered the day and the problem was fixedThough, we attempted to fix the problem as diligently and quickly could, the boiler parts were unavailable that same dayAlthough we wish the customer approached about a partial refund or free night directly, we are willing to offer him a refund or free night as a courtesy measureHe must physically present himself with his original method of payment (if credit card) and ID to be eligible for a refundThank you

Called the business spoke with Chad. He stated service was denied from 4 previous visits of the consumer checking out late. Check out time is at 11 o'clock and the consumer was checking out 1140 or later. Chad mentioned that he informed the consumer that a fee was owed at the time and they refused...
to pay. Since refusal to pay money owed the consumers were told they aren't allowed back.
My husband and I checked into the executive inn in Coopersburg, Pa. on July 10, 2014. We checked out less than forty minutes later due to the following issues:
-blood and urine on bedspread
-cigarette burns on sink
-sink drain not hooked up(drains into trash can)
-microwave filthy
-dead bolt broken
-horrendous smell (musty, etc.)
-no Bible (hotel is managed, possibly owned, by muslims)
-floor not vacuumed
-food on floor
-blood on chaise
mildew on shower curtain
-no ice bucket
-cobwebs above microwave
-spider webs by base of floor lamp
-very dusty
-hotel room door was very filthy
-no continental breakfast
-phone doesn't work
-no coffee maker/coffee
We were in room 303 under the name Hall. The manager/owner was also very rude when we said we wanted a refund and were going elsewhere. This room was $89/night through booking.com. we also let booking.com know our complaints.
