Review: I travelled to New York and lived in "Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York" from Nov.[redacted] to Nov.[redacted]. When I was checking out about 1 pm Nov [redacted], I lost my new bag (it worth 2100$) in front of the checking out desk. I am pretty sure the last time I saw my bag was there. I asked the hotel staff to help me check the surveillance several times, but they seem always delay my requests.Desired Settlement: I hope the hotel can help me to find the missing bag, so I can know where is it as soon as possible, thank you very much.
