Executive Contractors

The following are the facts relative to the claim made against Executive Contractors, LLC by [redacted] (D [redacted] ):I did not enter to an agreement of any kind with [redacted] .I Served as a Subcontractor [redacted] , General contractorThe services provided were cabinet and ceramic tile installation, There were several other subcontractors performing Services on this jobThere was never any direct communication with me while performing the servicesI was not hired to conduct cleanup/trash removal Services nor did I touch any blindsAny disputes and/or discrepancies would be resolved thru the General Contractor, [redacted] Any services performed by Executive Contractors at [redacted] 's home was satisfactory with her and we moved on to complete additional tasks as instructed by [redacted] (GC)If [redacted] was not happy with my work, why would she wait until the majority of the work was complete to launch a complaint against my company? She had the option of stopping the work early on in the jobShe visited the jobsite on a regular, if not daily basisI never received any funds directly from the complainant, as this was not my direct customer, therefore, any complaints or refunds would be directed to [redacted] , General ContractorI would greatly appreciate it if the Complainant provided any proof of direct payment or contractual agreement with Executive Contractors, LLCPlease feel free to contact me with any questions or additional information needed to resolve this issue
