Review: I ordered paper. This company provided me with a quote that says ZERO for shipping. I signed an authorization form for $100 for the paper, plus shipping. I had no problem with this because my quote was ZERO for shipping, due to an online promotion.

Now, 16 days after my purchase my checking account was hit for $72.50. When I called the company to inquire, the receptionist said no one was available to talk to about this. She said she couldn't help me because she didn't have access to my account.

So when I told her that sounds fraudulent to me she all of the sudden had access to my account and then put me on the phone with someone.

Due to the erroneous shipping charge my bank charged me for 2 overages totaling $70.00 in bank charges.

If this company is truly upfront about shipping charges, then why not CLEARLY indicate it before the sale?? Who does business like that? My quote said ZERO..not TBD.Desired Settlement: I need my money back plus the bank charges they caused me. $72.50 + $70.

I also think that [redacted] needs to be made aware that this company is behaving this way with their products.
