Complaint Information: On 3/21/16 [redacted] left a voice message wanting to cancel and said that he contacted us two months ago but got no response from us. We were having a "[redacted]" block issue at that time and did not receive his cancellation notice. We immediately processed a refund for the two $39 charges on 3/21/16 and the membership was cancelled.

I am rejecting this response because:
They issued the refund on 2/20/15 then charged my credit card again for $39.00 on 3/13/15!!!
I did not authorize this! This is beyond unacceptable. Now they need to issue another refund and remove my credit card from their system. I have never used their services to date, nor do I wish to use their services in the future.

[redacted] (our rep) spoke to member yesterday and let him know that he will be getting 3 months membership back, member agreed it was correct. Error processing refund so we are reimbursing him. This has been resolved.[redacted]
On 9/25/15 we refunded [redacted] $78 and today 9/28/15 we refunded another $78 which is the total of $156 that the member is requesting. We will contact [redacted] to confirm the additional refund we processed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My only concern is that I have read previously that customers who were properly canceled were once again later charged monthly fees again. I was not charged in April so I believe this issue to be closed. If something happens again, I will contact Revdex.com again. Thanks for your help on this.

I responded to the complaint on the site and rejected their response, however I just called the bankcard and found that I was in error. The way the statement was reading...
online appeared they had charged me again. Please delete my rejected response and resend so that I can accept merchant's response and close this matter. Thank you [redacted], MBA [redacted]
