willing to work with members who would like revisions made to ensure that each member is satisfied with their biography and how it represents the experience of their careerWhile The ExecRanks does have the resources to listen to the recorded call between the branding lead and the customer to determine what the agreed upon delivery date was for the revisions, the Member Success Manager felt that for this member it would be agreeable to provide a refund to resolve her concerns about the delayed delivery of her biographyAlso, due to the fact that the customer did not feel that her biography met her standards The ExecRanks were more than willing to work with this member to revise her biography and ultimately grant her said refundThe ExecRanks have provided this member with a refund for the biography in the amount of $The ExecRanks respectfully request that this complaint be resolved as answeredWe spoke with the memberWe agreed that the matter has been resolved amicably and she no longer has any complaints
