Weird customer service; posting customer email interactions
Why would a company air its dirty laundry & argue with customers un its review section. Weird. I stumbled across this when googling their service, to learn more about them I was considering switching. No thanks.

Buffer buffer buffer
Great pricing and is line with others but don’t let them tell you that they are priced the best. They aren’t! I had this service for a few years and it ALWAYS buffers especially if it’s a show that many would be watching. (Sport event, popular tv show etc etc) Jesse Castillo emailed me back after I contacted them about this. He was EXTREMELY rude and blamed everything on my end and my equipment. So I called his bluff. I went and spent over $200 on a new modem/router and called my internet provider to upgrade my speeds to the best they offer. We’re talking small business fast speeds. Then I cleared all the cache’s on all my apps and deleted any apps I didn’t use just like he said I should do. The result….same buffering as before. It was a joke. I emailed again and he still blamed my equipment and said I was being a problematic customer and that he didn’t need my business anymore if I was going to continue to be a problem. How was I a problem when all I wanted was for my service to work correctly. He also said that he is doing me a favor by offering these low prices when cable companies are so high. Like he was the only one out there. Well that isn’t true as I now use Pierce Prime who have more channels and are the exact same price as Excursion Tv. And guess what? No buffering with this new company so clearly it was NOT an issue on my end. Sorry Jesse, but I don’t need your company to get inexpensive cable television as it’s available with many other companies like Pierce Prime. He doesn’t have customer service skills what so ever and I suspect if he continues to berate his customers his company will eventually suffer long term. Buyer beware!

I bought their IPTV service but I couldn't load up their app I emailed them asking for help but they didn't so I asked them for a refund of $75 and they gave me a refund of $12

First and foremost, there is a Refund Policy and Terms of Service Policy on the website. You need to agree to both of these,as the system will not let you proceed any further. The Refund Policy clearly states that there is NO Refunds on digital products. I do have the conversation I have with this customer. He clearly never asked for help, just demanded a refund. I will attach a transcript of his email were he has threatened to end my life and erase me with one phone call. Also as you can see in his emails, he placed an order at 3am in the morning and expect it to work. Also, on our website is business hours that we are open. Below is the emails sent back and fourth between this customer and I. As you can see he never once asked for help and started with threats well before any of this escalated. We also pointed out our refund policy to him. We went a head and dished out the remain balance of what was left after the cost of creating and app and line for him. We went out of our policy and offered a partial refund to accommodate the customer. He was not happy with the out come.

Hey buddy, I'm sure as a marine you learned alot about how to intimidate people using a keyboard. But it doesn't work with me. And my information is public because I have nothing to hide. FYI: No Refund policy is stated on the invoice you submitted and paid. I am doing you a courtesy but also warning other service providers that You will most likely do the same thing to them. When we create your account it cost us. Some more than others. So a refund just because you don't want it anymore is costly. This isn't a free service. So at this point you will indeed be labeled a scam artist to the IPTV World. You'd think a marine would realize how to conduct business. Your refund was submitted. There is no other reason to contact me. Stay out of my inbox and have a great day! ïï��ï��ïï��ï��
