EXCLUSIVE RENTALS

My family rented a condo through Hawaii Exclusive Rentals, however days before my check in date they emailed to say the reservation is cancelled, with no explanation After I called, I was informed that there was an air conditioning problem and it could not be fixed before our check in date (I'm not sure I believe that, it seems highly odd that an A/C unit couldn't get fixed in days, but I have no way to know for sure) Despite repeated assurances that my refund would be processed through FlipKey (through which my payment was processed) as soon as possible, this company did not actually go into the system and cancel my reservation and initiate my refund until days later, after repeated phone calls and emails where they had assured me they had spent hours on the phone with FilpKey and was making no progress I would not do business with this company Based on my experience, they are at best untrustworthy and disorganized
