The response from the complainant mentions that they communicate to me through their lawyer but I have never been contacted by anyone other than a collection agencyI am complying with the decision of the court by paying the settlement amount in installments at 0% interest which is noted in the agreement and has been documented as part of this complaintI have also offered a one time cash payment to the complainant and did not receive a responseSo to restate, not only am I fulfilling my legal obligation as stated in the court document but I've taken the additional step of trying to work out a quicker payment option and I have heard nothing from the complainantI have provided the complainant with two viable and legal options, full payment via monthly installments or a reduced one time cash paymentThese are the facts and based on that, this complaint is unfounded and unwarrantedBy penalizing a hard working small business owner who has provided employment for Americans for over years and has ZERO complaints up to this one is doing a tremendous disservice to my business and does nothing to help and in fact hurts the economy

The customer held the check for longer than 90 days before trying to cash it. The bank, [redacted], automatically puts a stop payment on bill pay items after 90 days.
