I used Exclusive maid service twice successfullyThe third time I attempted to use their service I was out of townI asked that they come to my home the day before my family returned from vacation, and they agreedWhen we returned home I noticed that either they had not been there at all, or had done a very poor jobI contacted *** to let her know I was unhappy*** promised to rectify the problem asapTwo months and several missed appointments later they still have not shown up, they did however charge my credit card Since no showing for their last appointment I asked that my credit card be refunded*** sent me a text apologizing and promising to rectify the situationI have heard nothing since and have had to dispute the charges with my credit card companyI would recommend never using this company
