Exclusive Creations Design

I began working with Exclusive Creations Designs on Friday, 09 August 2019, to remodel my condo. The project involved a new floor install, painting throughout, as well as a kitchen and bathroom remodel.

On 20 August 2019, I was billed for:

Painting labor and supplies;
Flooring materials;
Flooring install, prep and removal labor.

The floor install was executed well, however, the paint job is still incomplete in the kitchen (ceiling).

On 29 August 2019, I was billed for:

Tub reglaze.

The subcontractor broke a ceramic soap-holder in my bathroom, which was not repaired.

On 23 October 2019, I was billed for:

Cabinets, Counter top, Sink materials and cabinet install.

Two subcontractors were brought in. The first did not show up to do the work. The second charged $900 more for the labor and scuffed and chipped my cabinets, left scratches and saw marks in my drawers, broke my dishwasher, installed the cabinetry around the dishwasher incorrectly, broke my toilet, and left the job incomplete. Did not work on agreed upon days/times. I am still waiting for cabinet pulls, and final touch-up (some caulking and repainting), and for the kitchen ceiling to be painted. I also purchased the kitchen faucet myself expecting a reimbursement from being charged $150 for the kitchen faucet by Exclusive Creations.

My last communication from Exclusive Creations was on 18 December 2019 discussing the availability of the subcontractors to finish the job and repair the above. I have not heard anything from them since.
