Review: Six months ago I bought over $2000, new phones from this store, [redacted] carrier (unlocked)iphone 5s ,iphone 5s ,iphone5 iphone6 .``agreed all unlocked`` to send them to europe gifts for family members,.unfortunately none of them were unlocked. I contacted the store and they refuse to answer me ,however. one of those phones(iphone6) I shipped it from europe back to US,I went to the store 5 times, asking for unlock or refund with the recete that was bought $600 cash .the store keep playing me around and never solve the problem.they ripped me off, and gave me locked phones.please take a consideration on this, help me!!sincerely .[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want refund from the store,, or unlock all 4 of my phones sent to Europe.even that I spent money,time and gas going back and fourth to the storeand emotionally disturbed by them

Review: I purchased cell service from Exclusive Cellular and the service did NOT work. I Emailed the company several times for a refund with no response. All I want is a refund.Desired Settlement: A refund (2 x $7.90)

Review: I processed an order through Exclusive Cellular to sign up for phone service with page plus. After a processing fee was deducted from my paypal account, a little while later I received a notice from page plus that my phone would not work on their network. I have tried for an entire month to reach someone at exclusive cellular on the phone or by email to get a refund.Desired Settlement: Credit back to my account.
Review: I purchased a Sims card for my phone for page plus through this company. After receiving the Sims card I tried to activate my phone and purchased a pin card from them but they never issued me a pin number but they took the money out of my checking account!! I'm a single mother and can't afford to just give them my hard earned money. I had to contact page plus and buy another pin!!Desired Settlement: I would like my money back
