company advertised sale of ticket entry for $20 plus taxes and fees on their official website. I bought a ticket the morning of December 7 to enter the club that same evening/early morning of December 8. Once I got to the club, the employees said that my ticket "expired". I asked them to show where that information was presented on my ticket or on the receipt in my email and both employees had a different version of their "process". At no point as a paying customer was I informed that the ticket I paid for would expire especially since I was going to redeem the ticket the very same day. The head employee, named CeCe said "its at their discretion" when tickets expire. This is fraud and this business should be audited for defrauding customers. I have requested a refund from them but have yet to hear anything back.
