Once again, I'm having issues with my website Nobody will return emails or phone calls My website is for my business, and this is catastrophic When you go to my site, [redacted] you see: "Great Success ! [redacted] is working on your [redacted] Server If you can see this page, then the people who manage this server have installed [redacted] and [redacted] Manager (WHM) which use the [redacted] Web server software and the [redacted] Interface to OpenSSL (mod_ssl) successfullyThey now have to add content to this directory and replace this placeholder page, or else point the server at their real content." Obviously, they upgraded software....but never bothered to inform me, or issue me a credit, or inform me that I would be offline I understand the need to upgrade....for an hour or even a couple of hours But DAYS? It will be yet another case of "oops, we didn't test your site...." I want a full refund of my year's hosting fee This is beyond incompetent And I demand that my website be transferred to another hosting company
