I am rejecting this response because:Attached please find four of "several" pictures that we have of the Water issue that Builder is stating was a trickle. This problem started 9-13-15, we closed on 10-1-15, we originally had a $10,holdback at closing, however, I waived due to the fact that builder stated he would get the work down. On several attempts builder from 9-13-to 4-3-tried to fix the water issue himself, without any success. He then agreed to build an overhang enclosed area to remove the water coming in from front cement and cement wall that was not done properly by his subs. In doing so Dimitri NEVER came out to look at work being done, never did proper inspection of the work by his subs, and therefore at this time we have issues with outlets that were not replaced as original, wall cracks. Upon getting a call from Township we were advised that we could request builder to rip entire thing down to studs to see if the work was done correctly as cracking settling seemed extensive for work just done in last couple of months. We are withholding inspector, and have several emails whereas Dimitri is not responding. As far as other work in our one year warranty work which he did not begin until mid October he had subs come out and do quick fix, however, we continue to have major issue with tile, thus resulting in a major repair and possible tear out of entire master bath and laundry. During this entire time we have given him every opportunity to come and do one year walk thru, look at the issues and come up with a plan to correct. These are not "picky" issues. We have email and pictures to back up all issues. The builder chose to not come out once we closed on home, never insured that subs were doing their proper work and sent out non-qualified personnel to do some of the work. Again we are only wanting the work to be done on addition (due to water issues) thus being able to have a final inspection completed. And then on one year items (10-16) we are have issue with the work that painters did with caulking and major issues with master bath and laundry room tile. We have made several attempts as our email will validate letting him know issues, pictures being sent, and he has NEVER responded. We only deal with office staff who always says we have to see what Dimitri says. We are looking for work to be fixed properly. I thank you for your time in this matter, and again we are able to validate that indeed this was not a trickle of water issue, one year items were not fixed properly as to tile, and caulking.
