On September 1, 2017, Excel Termite & Pest Control performed an initial bed bug treatment at Ms. [redacted] home. Four days later, on September 5, she called our office stating that she wanted to cancel her contract with us because she was unhappy with the service. Our customer service...

department explained to her that we must come back for a follow up treatment (which is standard bed bug protocol). Ms. [redacted] said she would call us back. We did not hear back from her, and therefore have been unable to complete our service program. We would like the opportunity to return to Ms. [redacted] home to complete our service program, as we are very confident we can resolve her pest issue.
