Review: When Excel moving call me they sent me an estimate for $421.00 dollars and when they moved me and had my furniture still in the truck the foreman hits with a bill for $1082.00 and I hit the roof after one hour plus they lower in to $875.00 and then settle for $700 wow is this bate and switch, plus they have a $50 deposit that I never signed for and the foreman said he could not use it unless I signed for it I feel I have been RIPPED off so bad plus I was spoken to by the foreman in a very bad way including the F word a 65 year old man with a young man most likely in his 20's or 30's please help me with this. Plus I never received a receipt for my $700.Desired Settlement: I emailed the company on 01/**/14 and was contacted by the owner and he tried to make me loose my temper and I ask him to read the email he said he would and call me back by 5:00 pm no call no nothing just like the man [redacted] who gave me the estimate for $421.00 and when I wanted to speak with him on Saturday he would not get on the phone, I asked for A $200 refund and to credit my $50.00.
