Review: I have tried to cancel our 3-year old's participation in a karate class and end the associated automatic credit card billings. Our daughter has not been to class for 3 weeks now. I have tried to cancel this five times now twice by phone, once in person at the actual facility, and twice by email. On the phone and in person, I've been told that I needed to speak with someone who is never there or is never reachable. My request to speak to a manager, Brian, was also denied. I have received NO response to the two emails I've sent.Desired Settlement: I want them to remove my daughter from their roster, stop billing my credit card, and remove my credit card number from their system/destroy associated paperwork
