I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

In this case, the company is clearly false-advertising their policies on logo creation.  It states several times on their home page that the service is "free" to try out.  I tried it out, didn't like/nor plan to use any of their low-class logos, and still got charged after only 2 days.

2.  This business has not worked to provide me a better logo.  They continually send me the exact same COPY and PASTED email every single day.  Attached is the SAME terrible logo that I would never use in a professional business.  They do not answer their customer service line, it just directs you to their website.  I have clearly told the business in numerous email attempts that I did not plan to use any of the logos provided, and to refund my money back to my credit card.  I am still waiting for this to happen.

And are the same as or very similar to the one I provided them as an example. They advertise 100% satisfaction and I'm very dis satisfied, I would like a refund. Regards,

Please have this client tell us exactly what they would like done with their logo work and we will do this for them. We have asked the client 5 times and they refuse to answer. We do not know how to assist the client, if the client is unwilling to provide us the necessary information we are requesting?

I just looked back at my response to this company. I did everything asked.  I acknowledged what you asked for I provided my email, I asked for a refund. You are refusing to honor your advertising that you offer a full refund if you are unhappy with what was provided. I stated in multiple emails I did not want any more logos and that I wanted a refund. You threatened me, accused me if being deceitful and tried to bully me into paying. Why won't you provide me with a refund??  Who can I call to discuss.

This client has already received a refund.

We do not wish to do any business with this company anymore, they work is very bad and no customer service. We wasted more than a month on this logo...

issue and wish to have our money back like they promise if we do like their work. This company is sending us emails everyday to force us to accept their work and telling us they will not refund us because we are not respecting their policies. We informed them not to emails us but they still doing so. All we want is our money back so we can move to bigger and better company. We thank you for your help on resolving this issue with us and we are looking forward to see the end of it.
