Review: I have received a hair service on Saturday 4/**. I specifically requested my dark hair to change to blonde. First, I agreed to highlights and undertone hair dye job. Mid process, I was told I needed a toner which supposedly blends the colors to look more even. Unfortunately after the weekend after my first wash, the toner came off and I was horrified of the hair dye job that was done to my head. The top of my head was light brown. The middle part of my head like a band going around my head was black. the bottom 3rd of my hair was dark brown. I had numerous peers, coworkers and other professional hair stylists to confirm that my results were unacceptable and unbelievable. I have called in less that a week on Friday 5/** and spoke with a front desk lady with cell number ###-###-####. First she asked me to come in and I mentioned I don't want to pay additional fee for something to be fixed. She replied, "That is not guaranteed". She asked to email details and pictures which I did. towards the end of their service hours, I texted her to see if anyone saw my emails and I got a response that she is busy. The next day I waited well over 3 hours after their business opening hour. I left a [redacted] review and the [redacted] left a voicemail stating" Honey please don't be upset and come in and I'll fix it". I emailed again shortly explaining that I do not trust the salon as an organization to fix my hair and I would like a refund. This was an outrageous hair job I received in over 15 years of hair jobs I have gotten. I have emailed the business 2 more time and I have not hear a response from them since. Apparently it would have cost me more than what I paid for here to fix the problem.Desired Settlement: If the hair was not able to be blonde, I wish the hair stylist would have explained that to me. If the hair was not able to be in one unison color, the stylist should have explained that to me too. The stylist had failed to communicate and provide the service promised. My end result was a horrific 3 blotches of colors on my long hair, very humiliating to be seen in public. At the least if the stylist couldn't do the color I wanted, he could've given me one color to my whole head. Unfortunately that was not the case. I would like a refund for $220.50 which I paid with my debit card.
