Review: Refer to Invoice #[redacted] on 01/16/2015. Technician failed to remove an additional virus per Comcast technical representative, and Excel refuses to repair the computer saying it does not warrant virus removal and a new virus must have infected it after the initial repair. However the computer was never usable after the repair so no additional virus could have been to blame. The new Linux operating software recommended and installed by them was apparently incompatible with our HP printer. At their direction we had returned to the store with the computer and the printer but the technician could not resolve the problem and said to use the old Windows operating software. Then the computer would not access the internet and the Comcast rep said that Excel had failed to remove a virus.We request a $60. refund of the charge for installing the Linux operating system, which is unusable, plus $140. for virus removal, which was unsatisfactory and will have to redone. Total of $200.Desired Settlement: Refund the entire amount of the invoice, $200.
