Though the team did a very good job with the work performed, Excel have used the funds that was paid in trust to paid sub-contractors for other things not related to my project and then the work stopped and I started to get inundated with Liens from subs and suppliersA total amount of $200,I know other clients in the same situationThe funds were diverted from the project and I had to pay twice to get the job doneAfter month of trying to resolve this issue, I have gone nowhere and the contractor is in total denial
