Service provider is in breach of contract and will not issue a refund of moneyThe owner has cancelled meetings last minute, doesn't answer phone calls or emailsThe owner has sold a service that she can not provideThe contract states she is to provide new matches on a 30-day basis and instead sends the same onesThe owner has given excuse after excuse as to why the owner has had issues but instead of refunding my money she hidesI know that I am not the client that has these same issues with the owner-- her lack of ability to provide a service she has soldThis company is a fraud and has provided statitics on success rates to bring new clients in to just steal from vulnerable people

I spoke with the service on March 24th about the matchmaking process On March 30, I submitted 1/of the total payment to the services accountant I text the owner multiple times about signing a contract, and was never given the contact information to do so I took the obligatory photos and paid for the as a seperate service After the transaction on March 30, I never recieved any feedback or a response about my profile On May 2, having lost faith in the service after having no interactions, I requested to stop the process The next day I received a poorly written biography and matches (which were clients shown to me at my initial meeting.) I responded that the biography was poorly written, and didn't approve it I also sent messages to the owner and any contacts I had at the service requesting my money be refunded and to not start the matchmaking process At this time I have not signed a contract I have not approved a bio The only response I have received was that once
