Exalt Academy of Cosmetology

Review: Very dissatisfied with hair-paid $45. Not enough color and what color I had was BLUE and they cut my hair wrong.

(Had to go to another salon the next day and spend $150 to have it fixed.) Called the next day (12/16) to speak with owner to complain, however, we were told she was out of the country for two weeks. (My mom called the same day too.) Supervisor told us that the owner was the only one who could issue credits. We were told she would call us upon her return. Never received a return call. Called again today, 1/5/16 - was told again she was not there and that she may be in today, may not, but that the owner did have my message but she had just been too busy to call us back.

Also the male supervisor there is extremely rude.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $45
