Evolve Vacation Rentals

We rented a house from Evolvevacationrental for April 3-5th 2020 in Door County for a bachelorette party with trolley tour through wine country. We are all from Illinois except the bride..she's from Milwaukee, because of Co-Vid 19 directive we are not able to travel there. We contacted Evolve, and were told they would only give a credit good for 1 year. All the bridesmaids pitched in to rent the house. Credit will only go to the one person that made the booking. Seven bridesmaids getting together in the next year to use the credit is not likely.
