Evolve Design and Computer Repair

Review: I took two computers to Evolve, both for, repair on August 7, 2013. The last time I had any contact over the phone with this company was at least 2 or 3 weeks after August 7, 2013. My daughter had emailed them asking about the computers to which they emailed her back that one of the screens to be replaced still did not arrive. That was September 4, 2013 and she received a reply on September 6, 2013 in reference to the screen not arriving yet. The last email received from Evolve was September 9, 2013 stating that the replacement screen was "Out for Deliver." After that email my daughter emailed them back to please call me. They have not called back and they will not answer my calls. I went through my previous calls keeping track of how many times I have called this company. I have called well over 15 times, emailed, and even showed up at the business to which they did not answer the door. I have made several calls today and once again they have no answered. I left messages and no call backs. I paid them upfront and I have the invoice stating so. I am still waiting for a call back!!! To be waiting over 7 weeks for my computers is ridiculous. I had to go out and purchase another computer for my daughters to use for school.Desired Settlement: I would like both my computers back: [redacted] Pro and [redacted] mini along with the bag and charger. I also want my money back that I paid for up front to have these computers fixed. If the computers are damaged, missing, or sold, I want replacements!
