I wanted to leave a review about our experience in purchasing an England sofa at Evolution Furniture Gallery in Langley
I was worried that I had made a mistake in not checking out the business before having ordered and paid the deposit of $1, When I checked out the Revdex.com information, I became paranoid because the business was not accredited and about a comment someone left
My paranoia worsened when instead of receiving an email or call when the sofa arrived, I phoned and was told it was there It got worse again when I went to pay the balance of the bill and could not see the sofa I was told it was in the warehouse I did not know the warehouse was at another location.....I thought if they had it, it was probably out back
I had paid for delivery to Chilliwack and was told I would get a telephone call and given a hour window for the delivery By AM, that call had not comemore paranoia
I eventually received a call from Brian, the truck owner, and was told their truck had broken down the previous night and was now fixed but that they were late getting loaded up I was VERY happy to get that callbut it could still have been some kind of scam I worried
I drove my wife crazy!
Guess what, the sofa arrived in perfect condition within the time period as arranged I was SO HAPPY
The sales peopleand owners I'm guessingseem to be very nice people
