Dear [redacted]:
In response to the allegations made by [redacted], please find enclosed a copy of her contract
with Evolution...
Enterprises LLC.
1. Not given a copy of the contract. See pink highlighted area at the bottom left of page
one, marked with a red one. Contract copies are given upon request. [redacted] never
requested a copy.
2. Being charged after 6 months. See page two, pink highlighted area marked with a
number two in red. The language is very clear that the contract term becomes “month
to month” and how to cancel renewal terms if they wish. Again, we never received
notification to cancel the contract until August 28, 2014 when [redacted] sent a
message via [redacted].
No refund is due to [redacted] due to the terms of the contract she signed. Please note also,
that [redacted] was given a discounted price for the class (see page 2 upper portion circled in
green). Furthermore, [redacted] initialed and/or signed every page of the contract stating
that she had read, understood, and agreed to the content of each page.

Review: I signed up for a [redacted] class in January 2014. I realize that I signed up for 6 months. Unfortunately due to a change in my work schedule, I was no longer able to attend. The organization continued to take money from my account for another 2 months past the 6 months that I signed up for. They never once attempted to contact me. I was not given a copy of my contract after signing it so I had no way of knowing that after 6 months I would continue to be charged. I contacted them seeking a refund and they refused. They have now taken $400 from me for a class that I attended twice. I understand the $300 because that is what I signed up for but I want the extra $100 refunded to me ASAP.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $100.
