Evin's Funeral services attempted to extort "fees" from my family in order to release my brothers remains to a service of our choice. My brothers remains were sent to

Evin's with out our prior consent or knowledge. they have a Contract with CDCR. CDCR sent his remains to evins against all rules and regulations of Cal Penal Code chapter 2 section 5061. They have a monetary arrangement with Evin's.

They also took their fax machine off the hook when they were aware permission release forms were being faxed to them. This was done in order to prevent another funeral home pick up his remains.
