When the customer bought the van it was in good running order and passed inspection The vehicle had over 100,miles on it The customer never contacted me to tell me there was a problem If she would have brought the van in within days, I would have fixed it At this point, with over 100,miles on the van, I am under no obligation to fix it
Response taken over the phone: The consumer bought the car and came back a few days later to have some mechanical issues fixed We fixed the issues for her and she said she wanted to to get it aligned We paid for the alignment and she then called me and told me she did not

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have told the worker he was speaking to me threw jimmy h that it needed to be fixed and the worker told me the owner was not going to fix I have tried contacting the owner and he told me if I contacted him he was calling the police I had the van checked over and the mechanic said it should not have passed inspection the breaks were almost gone and the van is leaking oil now. the owner also said he was going to fix the windsheild and now is refusing to do anything but call the police I never recieved a written warrenty and I was told I had up to5,000 miles and I've only had it for about 2000 miles. I will be calling the attorney general next .. Scott [redacted] is a crook And the shop that passed it should be in trouble to

When the customer bought the van it was in good running order and passed inspection. The vehicle had over 100,000 miles on it. The customer never contacted me to tell me there was a problem. If she would have brought the van in within 30 days, I would have fixed it. At this point, with over 100,000 miles on the van, I am under no obligation to fix it.
That's what I've been telling you he refuses to give me a written warrenty and when I tried to contact him in person he said he was going to call the police on me
