Evict A Critter

Review: The company was prompt in responding to the initial issue of a raccoon in the attic. After the animal left someone else was to come and seal all areas to prevent recurring issues. The metal that had been pushed open was not closed back up and their is evidence of the animal accessing the roof and debris around the one area of screening. I have called, emailed, and sent texts to the business to please check into this. There is no availability to leave a phone message (which was not previously the case) and no response to any attempt to contact them. The work is guaranteed and the expectation to check and fix the area is reasonable. The work was done 6/18/2014 so very recent.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to come out while I am here to check the exclusion screening and confirm that it is secure, if not secure to repair and redo it. Also to at least seal the metal that was pushed open by the animal so as not to allow insects or rain to come in to the opening.
