Review: I ordered a product from this online company and the package was not only late but it was not what I had ordered. When I got in touch with the company she had horrible customer service. I sent them pictures of the product showing proof and they still tried to go back and forth with me. I asked for a refund and was refused. She finally agreed to give me a partial refund and my original product I ordered. She has yet to do so and instead continues to go back and forth. I spent 180 and now I am being jerked around.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or at least her to honour the partial refund and sending me the actual product I ordered.
