My experience with Lani H*** of Everything Grows by Lani was actually ZERO stars After the first yard cleanup in Feb I decided to hire her as my regular bi-weekly yardscaper for my rental property in Mesa During one of her weeding sessions a rock shattered my tenants car window which she admitted to doing by mistake, agreed to pay for through her business liability insurance, then later DID NOT reimburse my tenant After months my tenant actually terminated their lease and left The prorated amount left on my annual maintenance contract was $of which ZERO has been refunded to me Also, during my months under service with her, she was not reliable and would constantly miss yard services and treatments causing me to incur HOA violations NOT GOOD...Please BEWARE and do not utilize EVERYTHING GROWS by LANI or any company name she works under

Lani H[redacted] came to our home and acted as nice as could be. Then proceeded to say how you have to give a price on thumbtack to get customers.Tells us that all other landscapers will butcher your yard...She called me and told me that God meant for us to meet, how wonderful and kind I was, that her customers remember her at Christmas and her birthday, told me all about her sad upbringing and husband.... Sent me a message to leave a check for $150.00 under my front door mat and she would work on our front yard. I've never been aksed to pay for a month in advance without any prior service by a complete stranger. I sent a message back asking if she was doing the front and the back as she had promised ( mind you for over double what she said on thumbtack) she never responded. Looked up reviews on her, she has treated people horribly, yelled at them, taken their money and never returned. And then proceeds to leave nasty relply messages to their reviews. She also said she would do everything in the yard, turns out she doesn't do weeds ( I specifically asked her if this was included and, she said yes of course everything is included) or clean up properly for that matter. We have been using Lani for our lawn maintenance for about a month or more and have been very pleased with the service and results. We do not have a green thumb and our beautiful yard had turned wild and she made it look beautiful again. She is a genuinely caring and sweet person and a very hard worker. Definitely recommend Lani!
