We have received the Complaint [redacted] filed [redacted] came in and ordered a custom desk on 2/17/We made it to her specifications she choose Maple wood with a Special Walnut stainUpon placing the order [redacted] was made aware that color may vary due to the wood she also signed a stain Card that states that very thingOn the order form [redacted] signed it clearly says DEPOSITS NONREFUNDABLE ON CUSOM ORDERS, [redacted] came in and looked at the desk and said it was light but she liked it and it would work if we couldn't make it any darker, The next day I spoke to my direct supervisor and informed them of the situationWe then decided to try to darken it I called [redacted] and she came in to choose from different blocks that Dale had come up with, Again this is not protocol but worked with [redacted] and felt I wanted to help herWe then the next week received the complaint [redacted] made against usWe have left [redacted] messages letting her know the desk has been re-stained and she can come get it or we can deliver

I have not received any calls from the Everything since May 7, 2016 when I was asked to come down and look at some toner coatings. I was offered 3 and I chose the last one (3). I asked them to call me when it was done and I would come back. I have not received any calls from them since May 7, 2016 the last time I was there responding to their message.
