On a scale from to I rate this company a plus on time very courteous explain everything to me an a reasonable price good price they even refund me money telling me they over charge me on the price did a complete job including sand filter pump timer the only thing that was left for me was to jump in the pool

Poor customer service. The people who come down to service are pretty good but the office staff are not. When you call in they have this attitude that they are doing you a favor. Thanks but no thanks. I have other options.
