I purchased an item and it was never sent. My account was charged but no product was delivered.
On December 2, 2019 I placed an order on EverySZN.com for a pair of Seattle Supersonics Mens shorts size medium. My credit card was charged $39.99 on December 4, 2019. I received an initial text from phone number X(XXX)XXX-XXXX that said "thanks for the order, we'll notify you when it ships..." The order number was *** I never received anything so on December 19, 2019 I emailed the company asking where my order was. I still hadn't heard anything from the company so on January 2, 2020 I texted back that phone number asking where my order was and never received a text reply, but I got an email reply January 3, 2020 that stated "there has been an issue in the transit of your order what we can do is get the item resent straight out. As soon as the tracking code becomes available, we will let you know." January 11, 2020 I still hadn't received any information on shipping, so I emailed and texted them again and have gotten ZERO replies to anything.

Hello I need help here never done this before don't know who to talk to or where to go or what to do my son order a shorts in October of this company it's called Every szn and he hasn't seen his shorts yet I've texted them called them and left a voicemail and send a letter to them no response they cook the money out of his account I have the receipt and my son order number too we would like to know where is his shorts and we r not sure if this company was a scam could you help us and find out or tell me what can I do to get our money back thanks

On 11/2, ordered a pair of basketball shorts from the company after seeing an ad on Instagram for the product. Received a text message confirmation of my order, but order was never shipped. Reached out to company thru email and phone multiple times over last 2 weeks, with no response. Product cost $39.99 and my credit card was charged.

Ordered something in November, never received an email confirmation but was sent a text confirming my order. I still have not received the product, and have not been able to reach Everyszn through email, text, voicemail, or submitting an inquiry through their website. It was advertised on instagram which is why I thought it was legitimate, but it would seem it is a scam and I never had a chance to receive my purchase
