We met at the property yesterday morning with the homeowners son to address any concerns they still have. The homeowners son is going to speak with his mom and get back to us with regards to relocating of the smoke detector.

Additional work needs to be done on home under warranty that was discussed with the company's representative and not completed. All windows need to be caulked still and grout in shower wasn't repaired. All was discussed with company's representative on 11/26/2014 in home with photos taken by company representative.

On December 5th our company was out at the property with Ms. [redacted] to complete her warranty concerns. We of course will continue to honor her 5 year warranty for the work that we performed which is depicted in the original Fire Repair Specifications that was signed on March 28, 2013.
