EverSafe

I have been having trouble with connecting my accounts to Eversafe for months. I've been told repeatedly to check back in a few days. Nothing ever gets fixed. The chat room used to be someplace I could talk to someone. Now I'm told there's nobody available to chat!
For the monthly fee I pay, I feel I'm getting very poor service.
