Atrocious quality and service. 9 stones fell out after a mere hours of wearing and Everly will not give store credit or allow me to return the ring. I posted a negative comment about my experience on their Instagram site and was promptly blocked. You know the business is fishy if they don't allow posted reviews.

HORRIBLE- I would give it zero stars if I could
My item broke within 24 hours of receiving it. I contacted the company, and they gave me the return address for me to pay for return shipping. Also, if the item isn't in the original packaging, I get charged for that as well. What a terrible approach to customer service.

Very disappointed was excited and ordered to Australia. Poor quality got two wears out of the ring it's completely tarnished not worth the money or time.

Stone fell out of ring 3 months after purchase. Will not replace or refund.
I purchased rings from Everly in November of 2019. Three and a half months later one of the stones fell out of The Reese Band. The warranty advises it will replace for structural defects. However, they refuse to replace the band. I have gone back and forth with Everly customer service via email and they are declining to replace the band.

Desired Outcome

Originally, I would have liked a replacement, but I don't want to go through this process every three months. I will gladly return the entire purchase for a refund.

Everly rings customer service is exceptional! You would have thought they were my very own personal jeweler. I will definitely come back and buy more. They are personable and friendly! Hard to come around nowadays. Not to mention their rings are exquisite!!!!!!

Extremely poor quality. They advertise that these are high end rings - silver, gold etc with man made stones but the quality is soooo bad.
Purchased on Black Friday for gifts - one ring came in missing stones to begin with so I reported it and they wouldn't even replace it with the same ring as they didn't have it and wouldn't take the time to make sure I got the appropriate replacement. Additionally, I purchased multiples - I don't ware them daily and follow their care instructions and since my order I have worn 3 other rings all of which have had stones fall out within 3-4 wares of the ring. When they adverse as high end I expect them to stay intact for more than a few times of wearing them. They are $99 EACH so if I would have purchased individually vs a pack I would be out $400 for the 4 of the 8 that I have. Their return policy is 2 weeks of purchase which doesn't sound bad but when you then consider that you are not wearing them daily and caring for them properly its going to take several weeks for stones to fall out. After the two week period they wont do anything. The only thing that is accurate about their advertising is that its real sterling silver. My finger didn't turn green but I also don't want to wear rings that have fallen apart, Their customer service is *** and their products are ***. Falsely advertising their great quality. Extremely disappointed and not sure how to warn other buyers.

I would love to return all rings and get my money back that I paid for them. These are not work the money paid and if replaced will just fall apart as the first 4 did. (guessing on contact date - would need to review documents)

Poor quality product, poor customer service, failure to honor commitments.
After six hours of wear stones fell out of two purchased rings. I contacted the company for a refund due to poor quality and was told they would replace the rings but were out of stock of one and would replace it with another. I told them this was unacceptable because the issues stemmed from poor quality. They agreed to refund one item and replace the other after I paid to return them. I did not feel this was an acceptable resolution nor that they were receptive to taking accountability for poor quality and filed a dispute with my credit card company. The credit card company encouraged me to return the items and allow Everly Rings to refund / replace as they committed. I did so but did not receive a refund. When I followed up, they told me the refund / replacement was null and void because I had filed a dispute. I asked when this policy was put into effect and they did not respond. I took screenshots of their website the day they told me about the new policy and the day after. On the first, there is no mention of the policy and on the second there is. At this point, I have paid for a terrible quality product I no longer have and the company is holding my refund because they dislike that I exercised my rights as a consumer to disagree with them and to expect quality in the items purchased.

I purchased an eternity band from Everly Rings. Hours after receiving it, a stone came out. They sent a replacement band and the same thing happened.
I purchased the "February band" from Everly Rings on August 3, 2019 order number 7549. I received my order 8/7/19 & hours later a stone fell out of the ring. I contacted customer service via email 8/7/19 asking for a refund. They sent me a replacement ring- order number *** that arrived 8/10/19. Hours later the same thing happened only 3 stones came out. I contacted customer service again 8/10/19 via email again to ask for my money back & they told me that they would not give me a refund because it was a clearance item. I sent them photos of the rings and they still refused. I wrote a comment on their Instagram page on 8/13/19 stating my issue & they deleted my comment. Hours later I wrote another comment on their Instagram photo & they blocked me from their page. I would like my money back totaling $49.50. I do not appreciate how they deleted me from social media when I was trying to get my problem solved. They are selling costume jewelry at a premium when it is terrible quality.

Received an exchange for a defective item. The exchange also had issues. I contacted the company and provided pictures. The company didn't resolve.
I received the athena band as an exhange for a defective product I received at the end of March 2019. The order # is ***. I sent the company pictures, showing that one of the stones was improperly placed on the band. The stone was not sitting flush, but was on an angle. I'm concerned that the stone will come aloose. The company said that they didn't see any issues with the ring and wouldn't take action. Honestly, I also think the ring was a poor quality for the price and the overall experience was disappointing. I received a previous ring that was faded in color and then this ring had poor craftmanship. I would like a full refund of $43.

I would like a refund for $43.33 via paypal, which is what I paid for the ring. I had a promotion for buy three rings for $130.

Billed for merchandise, but merchandise never received
I ordered a synthetic diamond band on 12/22. I received notification on 12/27 that the package had been delivered but I have never received the merchandise. I contacted the company via email on 12/30 letting them know I had not received. They responded that I needed to contact the post office. I went ahead and filed a claim with the post office on 1/3, as the company wouldn't issue a refund or replace the package until that had been done. I let them know a week later that the package was unable to be found. They started jerking me around- telling me to go check with my neighbors, etc. Obviously that is not a reasonable solution. It's now 1/24 and I neither have my merchandise or a refund. They do not have the item I ordered in stock and will not issue me a refund. They state it is against their policy to issue a refund (if that's true why *** me around for several weeks in the process?). I checked their website and it states they will not issue a refund for an incorrect address. My address was correct and they verified that with me. At this point, I do not want to do business with this company and just want my money back. I paid over $100 for it and I know that they insured the package, so I do not feel it is unreasonable request. I have done everything they ask at this point. I have not done anything wrong here and I feel like I am being punished because of a mistake with their vendor and now my money is on the line. Quite frankly, this business should be investigated for its shady customer service practices.

When a customer contacts us to let us know that they did not receive a package but their tracking number is marked as delivered, there are certain steps that we take to help take care of the customer as we understand how devastating it is to not receive a package you have anxiously been waiting for. We first verified that her address was correct, which it was, and then we asked her to check with neighbors as she stated herself that her neighbors have sometimes received her packages in their parcel lockers. Additionally, the tracking indicated that the package was delivered "in parcel locker", so we advised that she should check with her local postal office as they were the last ones to handle the package. We then offered to resend her package but unfortunately her selected style was sold out so we offered that she could select something else in its place. She instead demanded a refund despite a reasonable option given to her. As a small business, we are unable to refund an order when it is marked as delivered and the address given to us is correct (this is stated in our policies) but we offer a reasonable solution to our customers, which this customer did not accept.

Items are not as described, sizing is off. When asked why the sizing is off on the items their response is "Some of our rings may tend to differ in size depending upon the style." Thus, they are admittedly wrong when they send you the rings that do not fit. Their link on the Q+A page and try to click on returns page, there is a misspelling on the link so you are unable to view it. All in all, their company is going to send you items that are not as described then force you to return them, pay for shipping and the restocking fee.

This matter was dealt with and came to a close in April 2018 however we are happy to respond to a complaint made nearly 10 months later despite the customer not making us aware of any further issues. The customer ordered rings in a size 5 but claimed that the sizing was off when she received them. We offered an exchange and then later a return for a refund, which we provided once we received the customer's order back to us. We sized all of her rings at a professional jeweler as well as using our methods in-house and all rings were true to size and a size 5. We let her know that sometimes rings can feel different on the finger due to the thickness of the band and how many are worn on one finger. When it came to her refund, she was upset that we charge a 10% restocking fee despite this being clearly stated in our policies and also industry standard for returns. She then filed a dispute and stated she would only drop it if we waived the 10% restocking fee, which we did and then proceeded to refund her. It is odd that she is now making a new complaint and requesting a refund despite this being completely resolved nearly a year later but we are happy to provide evidence that she was refunded on April 4th, 2018 in full.

Faulty rings
I purchased rings from them about two months ago and only wore them about 10 times. Both rings have lost stones and I contacted the company Who says I can repurchase them for 19.99! Now why would I want to do that when they both lost stones! Obviously they have some quality issues!! I have found some other reviews saying the same thing but you really have to look as they don't allow you to review them on their site!!

I would like them to refund me for both of these rings seeings that the quality is horrible!!
