Everlite Industrial Products Inc

We were very surprised to receive a shipment of light bulbs from Everlite Industrial Products in August of 2015, since we hadn't ordered from them or even heard of themWe learned that a former employee of ours who was new at the time received a call from a sales person at Everlite falsely telling him that our company orders this product from them on a regular basisWhen the shipment arrived it was not only unauthorized but all of the bulbs were the wrong size and we weren't able to use themWe tried to contact Everlite several times to return them but they did not answer or return our calls Since we refused to pay for this product, they have since sent our "account" to collections I contacted the collection agency when we received the notice and they said I had to deal directly with Everlite for resolution
When I finally spoke with someone in accounts receivable at Everlite on March 9, 2016, I explained the situation and asked her if should could take our company out of coll
